Nature Inspired Learning is a fully customized proposal designed to achieve the specific goals and objectives defined by your organization.
An immersive experience in which we guide the team to overcome resistance, bias, and limiting beliefs through a working methodology that reawakens innate skills and capabilities. We explore new ways of listening, relating, and perceiving reality, with the intention of fostering a natural entanglement among people. Once the right conditions are established, we guide the team toward the desired outcomes.
Nature-based practices and activities are always inspired by the five Team Building Natura® principles; in this format, however, their ultimate purpose is to achieve the goals defined by your organization. Facilitation sessions take on a more structured, educational character, becoming moments of exchange, learning, and growth.
