It is a project where I have poured everything I am \u2013 the knowledge and expertise gained over the years, my professional background in the corporate world, and, most importantly, my personal life experiences, which have been the essential element in bringing all the pieces of the puzzle together. <\/p>

The Team Building Natura\u00ae<\/strong> project has allowed me to bring together all my experiences, from the corporate world to coaching, and even to motherhood \u2013 perhaps the greatest challenge I have ever faced in terms of personal growth and development.<\/p>

Leading experiential workshops focused on connecting with Nature has played a crucial role in this journey, giving me the opportunity to discover how natural environments help us express our human potential more than anything else. In close contact with Nature, we regain the ability to connect with our true selves, often silenced by the fast pace of everyday life. <\/p>

Through this process, we can gain new awareness, embrace emotions, and strengthen interpersonal bonds.
