So what does this initiative look like in practice?<\/p>

It is a three-week interactive challenge, where different corporate teams will compete to earn the title of Sustainability Champions<\/strong>.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Through a dedicated app, participants will be invited to engage every day, completing actions<\/strong>, tackling challenges and answering quizzes focused on the sustainability topics we have selected.<\/p>

Each completed activity contributes to both individual and team scores<\/strong>, creating a dynamic journey of discovery, learning, collaboration and growth\u2014without forgetting the fun.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The results achieved by each team will contribute to the global ranking, which at the end of the three weeks will determine the winner of the first Team Building Natura\u00ae Sustainability Challenge<\/em>.<\/p>

At the end of the challenge, every team will receive an impact report detailing both individual and collective metrics<\/strong>, while the top three teams in the ranking will win special prizes offered by Team Building <\/strong>Natura<\/strong>\u00ae<\/strong>.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Focus of the Team Building Natura Sustainability Challenge<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

For this first edition of the Team Building Natura\u00ae Sustainability Challenge, we have chosen to focus on themes that are particularly meaningful to us.<\/p>

The content of the challenge explores two of the three ESG dimensions\u2014Environment and Social, with the aim of promoting awareness, responsibility and well-being within corporate teams.<\/p>

In particular, the challenge will address topics such as protection and conservation of natural resources<\/strong>, energy saving<\/strong>, work stress management<\/strong> and self-leadership<\/strong>.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
