The Team Building Natura\u00ae project was born from the fusion of two parallel worlds, one of which is Forest Bathing Liguria<\/a>, through which we have been leading deep Nature-connection<\/strong> workshops for the past five years.<\/p>

These workshops integrate Forest Bathing<\/a>, Organic Work Practice<\/a>, Sensitive Dance\u00ae<\/a>, Mindfulness<\/a>, and many other arts and disciplines\u2014all characterized by their ability to foster physical and mental well-being.<\/p>

Nature itself also plays a fundamental role<\/strong>. On the one hand, through intuitive elements such as colors, scents, sounds, and landscapes typical of natural environments. On the other hand, through natural agents that have been the subject of extensive scientific research<\/strong>.
