It can help increase our competitiveness in the markets we serve. <\/p>

And we\u2019re convinced that if we want to build truly creative teams, we must value and nurture aspects that are uniquely human<\/strong>. At the time, we described how Giuliano, along with other close collaborators of Sandro, had lost confidence in themselves and in their leader. The workplace was filled with frustration, demotivation, isolation, and lack of direction. Conflicts began to arise, and people increasingly focused only on their own personal interests. It had become a near-toxic environment. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

In such a scenario, the body instinctively activates the most primitive part of the brain\u2014the so-called reptilian brain<\/em>. As a result, people enter a state where rational thinking fades, and choices narrow down to fight<\/em>, flight<\/em>, or freeze<\/em>. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

In the case study, Giuliano and another close collaborator of Sandro resigned (flight).<\/p>
