The Team Building Natura® Sustainability Challenge Is Coming

What if sustainability in the workplace could become a real experience—one capable of engaging every team member, raising awareness and generating measurable impact?

What if it could take the form of a step-by-step journey filled with quizzes, reflections and practical actions, where learning happens naturally—and even playfully?

Questions like these led to the creation of DoGood People, the partner with whom, on November 17, 2025, we will launch the first Italian edition of the Team Building Natura® Sustainability Challenge—an initiative designed to turn ESG values into actions, and actions into learning.

DoGood People: From Startup to an Internationally Recognized Company

From the vision of Ignacio Barriendos, a professional with a background in HR and a deep understanding of the role people play in driving change, a startup was born that combines technology, gamification and ESG learning (Environment, Social and Governance) within a single platform.

The Goal?

To transform sustainability into concrete action through an approach that is accessible, engaging and enjoyable.

In just a few years, the startup has grown rapidly, attracting investors, companies and strategic partners at both national and international levels. Today, it has become a reference point for organizations seeking to translate ESG values into measurable and meaningful actions—not only in Spain, but also across Europe and other parts of the world.

New Collaborations and Opportunities

Today, DoGood People continues to expand its horizons, exploring new markets and partnerships to spread a practical and transformative approach to sustainability.

And of course, Italy could not be left out.

A Natural Partnership

This is how we came into contact with Ignacio Barriendos and his team, with whom we share the ambition to generate real impact for people and organizations.

From the very first meeting we felt a strong affinity, which encouraged us to explore the DoGood People ecosystem with curiosity and openness. What we discovered was an approach to sustainability deeply aligned with our own vision.

Step by step, we experienced firsthand the potential of their project and decided to embrace the challenge of launching together the first Team Building Natura® Sustainability Challenge in Italy.

An innovative initiative that fully reflects the spirit of Team Building Natura®, especially because it aims to generate real impact by placing people and teams at the center of the experience.

Three Weeks of Interactive Challenge

So what does this initiative look like in practice?

It is a three-week interactive challenge, where different corporate teams will compete to earn the title of Sustainability Champions.

A Dedicated App

Through a dedicated app, participants will be invited to engage every day, completing actions, tackling challenges and answering quizzes focused on the sustainability topics we have selected.

Each completed activity contributes to both individual and team scores, creating a dynamic journey of discovery, learning, collaboration and growth—without forgetting the fun.

Global Ranking

The results achieved by each team will contribute to the global ranking, which at the end of the three weeks will determine the winner of the first Team Building Natura® Sustainability Challenge.

At the end of the challenge, every team will receive an impact report detailing both individual and collective metrics, while the top three teams in the ranking will win special prizes offered by Team Building Natura®.

Focus of the Team Building Natura Sustainability Challenge

For this first edition of the Team Building Natura® Sustainability Challenge, we have chosen to focus on themes that are particularly meaningful to us.

The content of the challenge explores two of the three ESG dimensions—Environment and Social, with the aim of promoting awareness, responsibility and well-being within corporate teams.

In particular, the challenge will address topics such as protection and conservation of natural resources, energy saving, work stress management and self-leadership.

Prizes Offered by Team Building Natura®

As with any challenge, we could not miss the opportunity to reward the top three teams in the final ranking.

First Place

The team that reaches the top of the podium will win one of our half-day outdoor team building experiences, the Natural Team Connection format, hosted in one of the beautiful WWF Oases across Italy.
An opportunity to share a unique experience with their team while also supporting the work of the WWF.

Second Place

The second-place team will receive a €500 credit to donate to a non-profit organization of their choice.
All they need to do is tell us which organization they would like to support—we will take care of making the donation on behalf of the team.

Third Place

Finally, the third-place team in the global ranking will receive our eco-friendly recycled cotton tote bags.
