Since 2021, through our outdoor team building formats we have been supporting teams and organizations in achieving specific goals. Whether the focus is on exploring the five Team Building Natura® principles or addressing other key topics, our commitment remains the same.
Over the years, we have designed team building experiences centered on themes such as company culture, communication, team integration and knowledge sharing, leadership and self-leadership, talent development, sustainability, and physical and mental well-being.
Thanks to our multidisciplinary expertise, we have also supported corporate teams in achieving tangible outcomes, including defining strategic goals, developing action plans, overcoming obstacles, identifying innovative solutions and much more.
A Mission That Goes Beyond Objectives
Beyond the specific goals we work toward with our clients, there is a common thread that characterizes every one of our outdoor team building experiences. It is a deeper purpose that defines the Team Building Natura® approach—a true mission that inspires every initiative we create.
Our aim is to guide people in rediscovering their humanity, reconnecting with innate qualities and capabilities that represent a powerful asset for both individual and collective development.
Through experience, participants gain greater awareness and a new perspective from which to observe themselves, others and their role within the team.
Themes That Are Becoming Increasingly Relevant
Until not long ago, topics such as human awareness, personal growth and well-being were often considered taboo within organizations. Today, however, they are becoming increasingly relevant and widely discussed, attracting growing interest across the corporate world. More and more organizations are realizing that the human dimension holds the key to sustainable growth.
Co-Protagonists in an Evolving Corporate Culture
We aspire to be active contributors to this evolving process, which is quietly transforming corporate culture.
In the past, organizations were often almost exclusively focused on performance, efficiency, productivity and numbers.
Today, an increasing number of companies understand the importance of placing people back at the center.
More organizations recognize that caring for employees—their well-being, development and sense of belonging—is no longer optional.
They understand the importance of creating environments based on trust and psychological safety, where authentic relationships can flourish and open dialogue is encouraged.
Spaces where everyone has the opportunity to express themselves and contribute meaningfully.
A Major Cultural Shift
This represents a profound cultural transformation affecting not only organizations but society as a whole.
The companies that are embracing this shift today are the ones building a stronger future for tomorrow.
Investing in people means creating the conditions for collective growth, improved performance and the achievement of ambitious goals.
Investing in the Human Factor
We see ourselves as valuable partners for organizations that believe in this cultural evolution.
We stand alongside companies that want to invest concretely in the human factor as a strategic lever.
Every outdoor team building experience we design becomes a tangible step in the transformation of corporate culture from within.
An experience capable of sparking awareness, expanding perspectives and fostering new connections.
It Is Not Always Easy
But we must also be honest.
Supporting this cultural transformation is not always simple or straightforward.
While our corporate team building programs often generate great interest, curiosity and enthusiasm, they can sometimes also trigger a certain degree of hesitation.
The Myth of “We Are Not Ready”
This hesitation rarely depends on the proposal itself. More often, it stems from a widespread belief that “our company is not suited for this” or “our people are not ready.” And while we understand that these concerns are expressed in good faith, we often find ourselves asking a simple question:
Have we really reached a point where people in organizations are not ready to reconnect with their humanity? Not ready to simply be themselves—fully embracing what it means to be human?
It would be like a frog saying that the other frogs in the pond are not ready to be frogs.
Wouldn’t that sound a little strange?
The Real Barrier
After years of experience working with hundreds of professionals through Team Building Natura®, we can say with certainty that the real barrier preventing organizations from addressing topics such as well-being, human awareness and personal growth is not a lack of readiness among teams or individuals.
The real obstacle is fear.
Fear of judgment and prejudice.
Fear of unexpected consequences.
And often, the anxiety of entering unknown territory, where topics that have long been considered taboo within organizations finally come to the surface.
This fear is frequently rooted in outdated cultural patterns, which have shaped mental models and created resistance that can be difficult to overcome.
Over time, these limiting beliefs have even created a separation between personal identity and professional role.
A divide that prevents people from imagining that these dimensions could coexist harmoniously within the workplace.
Reconnecting With Ourselves
Nothing could be further from the truth.
Reconnecting with ourselves is not only possible—it is a natural evolution.
Recognizing ourselves and others primarily as human beings is something that should happen everywhere, including within organizations.
And what we have learned through Team Building Natura® is that there is no person in the world who does not wish to reconnect with their humanity and with the humanity of others.
Quite simply because that is who we are: human beings.
Just as every frog in the pond is simply a frog.
In reality, people are naturally ready for this, even when they do not realize it.
All they need is a safe space in which to explore this possibility.
No Theory - Only Experience
We are not talking about abstract concepts or complex philosophies.
We are talking about simple and authentic experiences that naturally reconnect people with themselves and with others.
Through direct experience, participants can rediscover abilities they may have forgotten.
They reconnect with their own sensitivity and realize that there is nothing to fear. There is no weakness in this process—only a powerful source of strength that can serve both the individual and the team.
The Simplest Action We Can Take
This principle applies to everyone, without exception—even those who may initially feel distant from these topics.
Reconnecting with our humanity is, in fact, one of the simplest actions we can take.
Once we move beyond mental models, limiting beliefs and resistance, everything begins to happen naturally.
It feels like coming back home.
Creating the Right Space for Exploration
No prior knowledge or special preparation is required.
What truly matters is creating the right space for exploration, guiding the team toward rediscovering the joy of reconnecting with their most authentic human dimension.
It is not a matter of being ready or not.
It is simply about awakening something that already exists within each of us.
Bringing Awareness Into the Workplace
When team members slow down and begin to explore this dimension, they quickly enter a state of physical and mental well-being.
Learning centers open, creating space for new insights and awareness to emerge.
Through facilitation, we help participants translate these insights into practical actions within their everyday work environment. We invite them to reflect on the importance of personal responsibility and individual growth, which ultimately strengthens the collective. All of this unfolds naturally, without forcing the process.
Feedback From Corporate Teams
What we are describing is not theoretical. It comes directly from the numerous feedback insights we receive from the teams we guide through our outdoor experiences.
These responses confirm that the path we have chosen is the right one and offer valuable perspectives that help us continue improving.
Each time, they also generate within us a profound sense of wonder and gratitude.
From Pilot Project to Today
Of course, in the beginning things were not so simple. At the start, we relied mainly on hypotheses and assumptions, which eventually led us to develop the Team Building Natura® model. At that time, we had no certainty that our ideas would lead to the results we hoped for or that the pilot project would evolve into what it has become today.
Yet every experience we have shared with corporate teams in Nature has taught us one powerful lesson: when human nature reconnects with itself, nothing can stop it.
People naturally embrace authentic experiences and develop new awareness.
Even participants who initially appeared skeptical often leave enriched by the experience, simply because they allow themselves to engage fully in the process.
A Matter of Courage
This confirms once again that being “ready” is not a prerequisite for rediscovering our humanity.
What truly matters is recognizing our human dimension as a strength and an asset, rather than a limitation or weakness.
All it takes is the courage to take the first step.
And this is precisely what we do every day: we create the right conditions for organizations to reconnect with their human nature through direct experience and experimentation.
A Seed to Cultivate Over Time
Team Building Natura® is designed for organizations that share this vision—companies that aim to achieve their goals while placing the human dimension at the center of their growth strategy.
We know that a single team building experience cannot transform corporate culture on its own.
But it can ignite a spark. It can plant a seed that can grow over time. And if that seed is nurtured carefully, it can lead to deep and lasting transformation.
The Growing Path
Perhaps it is precisely from this awareness that The Growing Path was born.
A program designed to support long-term individual and collective development.
This journey combines outdoor team building experiences, group sessions and individual meetings—both online and in person—to accompany teams throughout their transformation process.
The goal is to generate awareness that can be applied directly in daily work and help cultivate a more human, authentic and conscious organizational culture.
Spreading a New Corporate Culture
Sometimes, a small group of people—or even a single department—moving together in a shared direction can become the catalyst for meaningful change across an entire organization.
When team members genuinely embody a new culture, they naturally become a source of inspiration for others.
Step by step, this new mindset spreads and begins to reshape the organization from within.
