The Growing Path is a powerful journey of discovery, designed to support teams, talents, and current and future leaders in their development and growth.
While preserving the distinctive approach that defines Team Building Natura®, we combine experiential outdoor team building activities immersed in Nature with individual and group coaching sessions, both in-person and online.
Inspired by the five core principles of Team Building Natura®, each stage of the journey is designed to explore new perspectives, expand boundaries, unlock new opportunities, and achieve ambitious goals.
All of this is made possible by our extensive experience as professional coaches, with expertise across a range of coaching styles and approaches. This allows us to effectively manage both individual and group development journeys, ensuring a highly personalized and impactful coaching experience, tailored to the specific needs of each participant and team.
We design every step of this journey together with you, with the utmost care and attention—defining clear goals and objectives from the outset, setting the format, frequency, and duration of each session, co-creating the activity calendar, and establishing evaluation criteria to measure progress over time.
