The search for new locations to host our outdoor team building experiences is a constant part of our work, especially in areas where we see greater demand.
Our goal is to maintain the high-quality standards of our offerings, which is why it’s important for us to select the ideal location for each Nature-based team building activity, according to the client’s needs and our project design choices.
Every location is unique, and we are committed to respecting that uniqueness. As we often say, Nature is not just a backdrop for us—it’s a source of inspiration in the creation process of our projects. Every practice and activity we propose is chosen not only to meet business objectives, but also based on the specific characteristics of the hosting environment.
Team Building in Milan
The greater Milan area is definitely where we receive the highest number of requests for corporate team building, which is why we initially focused many of our efforts in Lombardy—particularly in the provinces of Milan, Monza Brianza, Brescia, and Pavia.
Our aim was (and still is) to find locations suitable for hosting Team Building Natura® formats, while also being easily accessible from the city center, to offer a convenient option even for half-day or full-day outdoor team building experiences.
The Sustainability Factor
In our search, sustainability proved to be an essential factor—meaning for us, in this case, working with places that not only offer appropriate indoor and outdoor spaces, but also embody a real commitment to preserving and valuing natural environments.
This is how our first collaborations began—with Agriturismo La Forestina (in the stunning, ancient Riazzolo Forest) and the Oasi Naturale Agriturismo I Leprotti, both long-standing partners, later joined by Agriturismo La Costa – Galbusera Nera.
All that was left was to find the right partner in the northern area of Milan.
A New Partnership Is Born
And that’s how, at the beginning of 2023, we came into contact with the WWF Oasis of Vanzago (Bosco WWF di Vanzago), establishing an exciting new partnership. It’s a collaboration we’re truly enthusiastic about—for many reasons.
Beyond the beauty of its woods and landscapes, the WWF Oasis of Vanzago is a magical place that gave us a special feeling—one of those places where Nature still reigns supreme, and everything seems perfectly in tune, as if playing one great symphony that opens the hearts of those who listen.
Here, you can feel peace, calm, and harmony.
And the most incredible thing is that the WWF Vanzago Regional Nature Reserve is less than 30 km from Piazza del Duomo in Milan (as the crow flies).
That’s why we’re convinced the WWF Oasis of Vanzago is a fantastic place to host truly unique outdoor experiential team building events.
Together with the WWF Vanzago Oasis, we identified a number of core values to build our partnership on, including sustainability, environmental conservation, and social responsibility:

- Nature conservation. Supporting the protection of natural habitats.
- Environmental education. Actively raising awareness about biodiversity and connection with nature.

A Unique Project
Through this mutually supportive relationship, we are creating a truly unique and innovative project, capable of addressing the topic of sustainability from multiple perspectives.
As part of this partnership, the WWF Vanzago Oasis will provide access to its protected natural areas, while we will take care of everything related to the corporate team building activities and event logistics.
Supporting the WWF Oasis of Vanzago
Hosting our outdoor team building events within a protected WWF oasis also gives us the opportunity to contribute to a meaningful cause.
In addition to the standard entry fee we will pay for each participant, we have committed to making a small additional contribution for every team building event held at the WWF Vanzago Oasis.
This is our way of offering concrete support to help preserve this small natural paradise just a few kilometers from Milan.
Not Just Milan
In addition to the partnerships mentioned in this article, we have many other collaborations—some already established and others still in development—not only in Lombardy, but also in Piedmont, Veneto, Liguria, Tuscany, and Lazio.
