Since the launch of our pilot project in 2021, Team Building Natura® has been shaped by continuous refinement and growth, driven by the experience we have gained along the way. What began as a unique and innovative proposal has gradually developed a distinctive identity of its own, carving out a space within the world of outdoor team building.
From the very beginning, we knew we had created something special. Today, however, we are aware that we have gone far beyond that: with Team Building Natura®, we have broken through preconceptions and taboos, bringing to life a proposal that simply did not exist before us.

A Unique Alchemy
Team Building Natura® is a powerful intersection between traditional team building and professional development, capable of fostering both individual and team growth simultaneously—two sides of the same coin.
It is the result of a lifetime of experimentation, where three seemingly distinct worlds converge:
- the corporate world, rooted in our experience as managers and consultants, with a strong focus on strategy and processes;
- coaching, through the various approaches we have explored over time;
- Forest Bathing, where connection with Nature plays a key role in breaking down mental patterns and limiting beliefs, opening the door to new awareness.
It is precisely through the synergy of these three worlds that Team Building Natura® was born—a truly powerful outdoor corporate team building proposal based on a special alchemy (Business & Nature) that had never been explored so deeply before. A solution designed for companies that recognize people as one of their most valuable assets.

The word “artisan” carries a profound meaning. Derived from the Latin ars, it refers to art or skill—practical mastery and hands-on expertise.
For us, being artisans means embodying this tradition of craftsmanship, where every project is unique and unrepeatable. Our expertise is not limited to technical skills; it is rooted in years of experience and in a broader mission: supporting organizational growth through the growth of people and teams.

Like any true artisan, we do not work in series, nor do we outsource our core work. With the support of a few (very few) trusted collaborators we have known for years, we personally oversee every aspect of our corporate team building programs—from A to Z.

We personally present our corporate team building proposals, offering a clear overview of Team Building Natura® and detailing our formats—developed over time also thanks to client feedback.

The design phase begins with the insights gathered during our initial conversations. At this stage, every detail can become a source of inspiration—starting with the choice of location, which influences many of our project decisions.
As we often say, the location is not simply a venue; it is a fundamental component of our work. Beyond meeting client expectations, it must also meet standards and requirements that are essential to us.
The project takes shape through brainstorming sessions in which we identify the focal points of the team building experience. Step by step, we outline a draft agenda, gradually shaping it by selecting practices and activities, defining the tone we wish to adopt, and envisioning how we might manage different possible scenarios.
Logistics & Organization
One of the keys to the success of our team building programs is maintaining a sense of curiosity, openness, and well-being among participants. Each phase must unfold in harmony, with a natural flow throughout the day to avoid discomfort, stress, or distractions that could shift attention away from the experience.
We carefully select suppliers who share the values and principles of Team Building Natura®, ensuring they contribute naturally to creating the ideal atmosphere.

The Heart of the Experience
We then arrive at the core of every project: the team building experience itself.
Each trainer guides the group through experiential practices in Nature, facilitation sessions, and moments of briefing and debriefing. We accompany participants in living the experience, gaining new awareness, and understanding how to integrate what they have learned into their daily professional lives.
To do so effectively, trainers must possess deep expertise in the three worlds that underpin Team Building Natura®: business, coaching, and Forest Bathing (which for us includes Mindfulness, Organic Work Practice, and Sensitive Dance®). Together, these elements shape our unique proposal.
Active Listening
During activities, our trainers maintain active listening—following the spontaneous insights that emerge from the group while always keeping the objectives of the team building in focus.
They are ready to transform lived experiences into concrete learning applicable in organizational contexts.
Even though preparation is meticulous, if the experience takes an unexpected direction, we are prepared to recalibrate, adapt, or even reinvent the project in real time.
Photographic Storytelling
Photographic storytelling is a powerful tool through which we narrate our team building experiences, inviting each participant to become the protagonist of their own story.
Through this approach, participants can relive the experience both as protagonists and observers, expanding their perspective and giving new meaning to what they lived.
The images are not simple photographs; they are the result of careful preparation. The day before each event, we conduct a site visit with our photographers, sharing the project in detail.
We revisit the meaning of each activity and anticipate the key moments to capture.
During the event itself, photographers remain fully present, ready to capture authentic and meaningful moments.

We personally oversee every phase of the project—without intermediaries. This approach allows us to create truly tailor-made experiences.
From the outset, we strive to build a sincere and authentic relationship with each client, understanding needs and developing a clear vision of the situation. Throughout the process, we capture nuances that often prove decisive in design, facilitation, and overall management.
