There are moments when suddenly everything becomes clear, and in the blink of an eye we find meaning in our journey. These are almost magical moments – ones that have the power to expand our perspective and offer us a new vision of the reality we are experiencing, creating space to define new goals and milestones.

For me, Team Building Natura® represents exactly one of those extraordinary moments that life gives us. It is a project where I have poured everything I am – the knowledge and expertise gained over the years, my professional background in the corporate world, and, most importantly, my personal life experiences, which have been the essential element in bringing all the pieces of the puzzle together.

A long journey filled with many stages, at times seemingly disconnected, has ultimately allowed me to create a truly innovative corporate team-building approach – one that is centered on people, their growth, and the evolution of the organizations they are part of.

The Team Building Natura® project has allowed me to bring together all my experiences, from the corporate world to coaching, and even to motherhood – perhaps the greatest challenge I have ever faced in terms of personal growth and development.

Leading experiential workshops focused on connecting with Nature has played a crucial role in this journey, giving me the opportunity to discover how natural environments help us express our human potential more than anything else. In close contact with Nature, we regain the ability to connect with our true selves, often silenced by the fast pace of everyday life.

Through this process, we can gain new awareness, embrace emotions, and strengthen interpersonal bonds. As a trainer, witnessing this transformation unfold – how individuals and teams navigate and embrace this journey during our team-building experiences – is one of the aspects that moves and inspires me the most about my work.

Liguria – a land of sea and mountains – is the perfect setting for my work as a photographer and storyteller. After a long career as a surveyor, I followed my passion for photography, turning it into a profession that allows me to express creativity while positively influencing people’s lives.

Collaborating with Team Building Natura® is an extraordinary opportunity. Working with a cohesive team and participating in transformative events enables me to grow personally and professionally, blending creativity and empathy to find new ways to tell compelling visual stories.

Today, I can confidently say that my work is more than just a profession – it is a reflection of my personal and creative path.
