With this article, we are pleased to announce the launch of the new blog on our Team Building Natura® website, which will gradually be enriched with more and more articles.
An initiative through which we aim to share updates, perspectives, ideas, and reflections on the corporate world and team building—but not only that.
People at the Heart of the Company
In line with the vision and values that guide us, we will focus on topics related to the empowerment of people, the fundamental role they play within organizations, and the importance for companies to nurture their growth, development, and well-being—both personally and professionally.
The Editorial Plan
At least initially, the articles we publish will be divided into three main categories:
- About Us, where we will talk about ourselves and share updates related to the Team Building Natura® project;
- Events and Initiatives, where we will share news and information about the events we organize or choose to take part in;
- Team Building, here we will publish articles directly or indirectly related to our work, our approach, and especially the five principles on which we have built our new nature-based corporate team building formats.
