Through the practices and activities we offer in Nature, we guide team members to shift their attention away from their constant stream of thoughts and immerse themselves more deeply in the experiences they are living, so they can experiment directly and authentically, without filters. Step by step, their most human side emerges, making space and gaining new self-awareness.
And although each participant is free to choose the depth of their own experience, what gradually happens during our team building sessions is almost magical: masks, taboos, judgments, mental patterns, and limiting conventions begin to fall away. People open up and (re)discover one another for who they truly are. New connections are created among team members, facilitating the development of meaningful bonds.
