Team Building Natura® Is Not for Everyone
In a time when there is increasing focus on sustainability, inclusion, diversity, and the centrality of people, their well-being, and growth, we wanted to create a tangible project—one that truly highlights these themes.
We did so by developing a unique and innovative outdoor experiential team building program, one that challenges conventions and clichés by offering a new perspective on how we see ourselves and our teams. A program capable of awakening the most human parts of us—where Nature acts as a powerful source of inspiration and co-protagonist in processes of growth and development.
However, for these same reasons, we’re aware that Team Building Natura® isn’t the ideal solution for everyone, but rather for companies that are sensitive enough to perceive and fully understand its potential.
Target Audience
We mostly focus on companies that have not only developed a culture oriented toward well-being and personal/professional growth, but have also successfully integrated these principles into their daily operations.
Companies that, over time, have cultivated a strong awareness of the importance of taking care of their people in a holistic way, and that are now benefiting from the many advantages this brings
Companies that deeply believe in sustainable development models, to the point of systematically incorporating them into their strategies and business processes.
That’s who we primarily speak to—but not exclusively.
Team Building Natura® is also for those organizations that are just beginning to take their first steps in this direction and want to experiment with something truly new and innovative.

Beyond mindset and company culture—essential starting points when considering this kind of experience—we believe there are no other particular requirements or constraints that make Team Building Natura® more suitable for one type of company over another.

We’ve already selected ideal locations for our programs in Liguria, Lombardy, Veneto, Trentino-Alto Adige, Piedmont, Tuscany, and Lazio, and we are always open to new partnerships and opportunities to expand our range of solutions.
We’re absolutely open to working anywhere in Italy, as long as the right conditions are in place.

We mean that each location we choose must meet specific standards and requirements—particularly in terms of natural setting, landscape, trails, space, and overall atmosphere—to ensure the highest quality for our work.
Because location is such a key element for us, we even have a dedicated team member who manages the organizational and logistical aspects of our events.
All-Inclusive Services
What we offer is a comprehensive solution that includes everything—from the search and selection of the ideal location, to the management of all logistics (including lodging, meals, coffee breaks, etc.), the event organization, and of course, the design and facilitation of the team building itself.
In short, the goal is to ensure your team can fully enjoy the experience—without worries or distractions!
