Roots of the Project
A Journey that Evolved Naturally over Time, from Intuition to Methodology
Team Building Natura® was founded in 2021 as the natural evolution of a journey that, over time, led us to develop knowledge and expertise across diverse yet complementary fields.
Like a small plant patiently nurtured—gradually putting down deep roots and growing into a strong, resilient tree—the project has steadily taken shape and matured into a proven methodology, capable of supporting the growth of teams and organizations alike.
The four areas of expertise that shaped the Team Building Natura® project:

Our background in economics, combined with extensive experience as managers and consultants in strategy, business process engineering, supply chain management, people management and project management, underpins the expertise we bring to our clients.

We have been certified professional coaches since 2016. Over the years, we have explored a wide range of coaching approaches, from more traditional Life and Business Coaching to specialized areas such as Leadership and Executive Coaching, as well as less widespread yet highly effective methodologies such as Ecosomatic Coaching and Forest Coaching®.

We have also developed strong expertise through our work as trainers and corporate facilitators, delivering programs on topics such as leadership, effective communication, listening, emotional intelligence, trust and psychological safety, empathic feedback, and more broadly the relational dynamics that shape collaboration within teams.

Since 2019, we have been organizing experiential workshops in Nature through the Forest Bathing Liguria project—an approach grounded in presence, listening and connection, which integrates elements of Mindfulness, Sensitive Dance® by Claude Coldy and the Organic Work Practice developed by philosopher and researcher Maia Cornacchia.

Team Building Natura® was born from the integration of these four areas of expertise, with the intention of offering teams and individuals the opportunity to directly experience innate resources and capabilities that belong to our most authentic human nature—and that represent an indispensable added value within organizational contexts.
Over time, we realized that it was no longer sufficient to convey certain concepts from a purely theoretical perspective: they needed to be experienced firsthand in order to be truly understood at a deeper level.
Team Building Natura® is our response to this need.

An Evolving Culture: The Intrinsic Value of the Human Factor
For a long time, we treated our professional and personal lives as separate domains, convinced it was the right approach. Without realizing that, in doing so, we were not only undermining ourselves but also, indirectly, the people around us and the organizations we work for.
Even today, within organizational contexts, embracing one’s humanity is far from automatic. Emotions are often suppressed, innate capabilities such as emotional intelligence and empathy are undervalued, and the human factor is still regarded as optional.
And yet, at a theoretical level, the picture is now clear: there is no longer any doubt about the decisive role of the human factor in organizations. We know how important it is to support the personal growth of leaders and talent, to foster trust and psychological safety, to cultivate accountability, collaboration, creativity, and well-being, and to promote a distributed, conscious, and inclusive leadership style grounded in listening.
However, it is in practice that we often fall short, because truly bringing the human factor into the organization means challenging deeply rooted habits, addressing resistance and fear, overcoming bias, and embracing a profound cultural shift—one that requires willingness, openness, and courage.
Strategies, processes, and procedures remain essential. But on their own, they are not enough. It is the human factor that ultimately makes the difference and truly enables intentions to be translated into tangible results.
Today, this shift is becoming increasingly evident. And increasingly necessary.

This is why we guide participants to slow down, shift their attention away from the constant flow of thoughts, and immerse themselves in deep listening. Step by step, we invite the human dimension to emerge and explore—through the senses, emotions, and the body—the place we truly belong.
The experiential activities we design are always intended to guide the group toward achieving desired outcomes through practice.
