Friday, April 12, 2024 was a truly special day for us!
It marked another fundamental milestone in our journey, this time highlighted by the debut of Team Building Natura Inside — the very first event designed to introduce HR and training professionals to the world of Team Building Natura®.
This initiative was born from the awareness that our outdoor corporate team building programs are not only strongly experiential, but also highly innovative and truly unique.
For this reason, we believe it is essential to offer anyone interested the opportunity to go behind the scenes of our project, experiencing firsthand what our approach is about and discovering its immense transformative power.
Cascina Forestina – The Perfect Setting
Cascina Forestina was the location we chose for this first edition of Team Building Natura Inside. A magical place within the protected area of Parco Sud, just a few kilometers from Milan, which has preserved its ancient soul over time.
The agriturismo and farm are embraced by the enchanting Riazzolo Forest, the last stronghold of the original woodland, complete with its natural spring and thousand-year history — a true added value for us.
The natural beauty of this charming location, together with a wonderful sunny day, created a magical atmosphere that accompanied us throughout the event. Once again, the forest proved to be the ideal stage for hosting our Nature-based activities.
An Emotional Journey Through Images
The day began with a photographic storytelling of our Nature-based team building experiences — a small exhibition set up in one of Cascina Forestina’s gardens, featuring shots by Marco Ferrando and Gianluca Gottardo.
The goal was to communicate from the very beginning the essence and spirit of our work in an engaging and evocative way, telling through images what happens during our team building sessions and how people transform throughout their journey.
An aspect that continues to surprise and move us year after year, as if it were the very first time.
Theory and Practice
During the morning, we focused on both theory and practice.
We opened by exploring the origins and core principles of Team Building Natura®, presenting our unique approach to corporate team building and explaining how crucial it is for us to cultivate a state of mindful presence in participants.We introduced our formats and working methods, also sharing how we typically handle any resistance that may arise during our programs.
Then came the moment everyone had been waiting for — ourselves included!
Step by step, we immersed ourselves in the Riazzolo Forest to experience the most experiential part of the day. This offered our guests the opportunity to fully step into the Team Building Natura® dimension, personally try some of our practices, and understand how we use facilitation during debriefing sessions to help participants gain new awareness and move toward their desired goals.
Case studies and Feedback
Midday featured a delightful tasting lunch at the agriturismo, providing a pleasant opportunity to connect and network.
In the early afternoon, we resumed our activities by examining several case studies together, offering concrete examples of how our formats can be applied and how we put into practice what had been presented in the morning.
We concluded the day with a Q&A session, after which we received valuable feedback that gave us meaningful insights to continue improving and making future editions of Team Building Natura Inside even more engaging.
New Ideas Taking Shape
Based on this first edition, our impressions, and the feedback received, we are considering turning Team Building Natura Inside into a regular event, possibly organized once or twice a year.
A traveling event, perhaps across different seasons, capable of offering an exclusive and personalized experience to a limited number of guests, ensuring maximum care and attention.
In the coming weeks, we will evaluate all possibilities and hope to soon announce new dates for Team Building Natura Inside.
